Using the services of a relocation specialist can help global employers’:
Scott’s Relocation continuously works hard at spreading the word about the benefits of using Relocation Services. We do this by regularly carrying out seminars on Relocation Awareness for HR managers and other interested parties where we provide a short presentation and a forum for them to discuss their relocation experiences and the assistance they require.
This service is designed to help you gain a better understanding of what to expect when living and working in Scotland and address any concerns you might have about your move. Topics covered include: Property match – The Education system – Living in Scotland (Healthcare, Shopping, Public Transport, Leisure and recreation etc).
Familiarisation
TripsA successful visit is vital to a successful relocation. The key to this is gathering as much information as possible. Once we understand your needs we prepare an individually tailored visit which includes a visit to your selected area where we will accompany you to familiarize you with your chosen location, view properties and set up school interviews. People often come to us with set ideas based on limited knowledge or advice about moving to Scotland. We can broaden their horizons, show them new possibilities and provide a much needed ‘reality check'.

We thoroughly inspect each potential property to ensure that only the most worthwhile properties are recommended for eventual viewing, and present the client with four to six different options to choose from. If none of our initial recommendations prove satisfactory, we will simply repeat the exercise until we find a property that meets all of the house hunter’s criteria.
